Indian muslims win victory under religious leaders

An Iranian authority says “though Muslims in India are among minorities, they may gain victory under the assistance of religious leaders and maintaining unity.”

“The Iranian nation is determined to implement Islamic codes in the community,” Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought said at a meeting with a group of visiting Indian scholars in Tehran on Sunday.
The senior cleric has hit out at the autocratic regimes in the region that align themselves with Israel and expressed the hope for the people of the countries to achieve their goals through unity and under the leadership of their religious figures.
“The west is destroying civilians in Libya under the pretext of securing the life of the people,” the ayatollah said.
He blamed the west for fostering terrorism but convicting Muslims and Islamic community for committing terrorist acts.
During the meeting, Indian scholar Moulana Ali Mohammad Naqvi, President of India’s Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has praised the efforts conducted by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought and said that Iran heartens world Muslims and the idea of Islamic unity contributes to the integrity of Muslim nations.
The Indian delegation has arrived in Tehran upon an invitation by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought to trade cultural views and visiting cultural and scientific centers of Iran.
